Increase in number of hirings and job contracts quality
According to a recent report led by GIDP association (Intersectorial Group of HR Managers) new trends in italian labour market can be highlighted.
The association submitted an assessment questionnaire to companies and human resources managers: an interesting fact, although the statistical sample was based in northern Italy and made by big-sized companies, is that about the 85% of the interviewed is willing to make new hirings during 2016, and among these, about 69% will be with a permanent job contract.
Data may suggest an employment increase for next two years period: the intents declared by the interviewed are hiring new workers never been before in the company in 42% of cases. The choise of a permanent job contract seems to be prevailing thanks to contributive easment provided by Renzi’s Jobs Act, even though the easment was lowered from 8060€ of 2015 to 3250€ of 2016.
The most wanted business role are in absolute terms: emplyees (42%) and workmen (40%), less requests for supervisors and top managers, that respectively sum up to 15% and 3% of the preferences.
From the interviews a negative fact is emerging: a 6% of Hr managers said they will sign derogation agreement for new hirings in order to apply the old legal regulation and not the new one provided by the Jobs Act.
